As the first worldwide independent entertainment conglomerate, specializing in the production of music, books, literary, film, new media & management is how the AKE Umbrella LLC came to house an array of talent which includes recording artists, music and film producers, authors, educators, songwriters and screenwriters, directors, marketing and media experts, as well as sports, television, and influential public figures.

As a "do-it-all" entertainment company, everything was based on one achievable goal, which was to simply have a platform where independent talent can have the same opportunities as their counterparts in the major industry.
